New 6-Seater Chairlift for Davos This Winter

A new 6-seater chairlift will open above Davos this winter is a major upgrade to the Furka T Bar which was built in 1972.
The new mile-long chairlift, in the Parsenn sector will climb 380 metres, transport 2,500 people per hour and shorten the trip from the Gruobenalp to the Parsennfurgga by around 5 minutes.
Travelling at six metres per second the chairlift will climb 380 vertical metres and feature heated seats and pull down weather covers.
