Channel 4 Axes ‘The Jump’
Published : 31-Jul-2017 12:07
The Sun is reporting that Channel 4 has axed 'The Jump' TV series which saw 'celebrities' compete against each other in various on-snow events filmed in the Austrian Tirol.
The official reason for the show finishing is to make way for broadcasts of the 2018 Winter Olympics from South Korea. Officially the show has not been cancelled but is 'resting' for 2018 and may return, there are also rumours of it being re-invented with 'less dangerous' summer water sports replacing snow sports.
