 Which Scottish Resort?

Im off to Aviemore 1st week Feb for a few days ,i ve skied the Nevis Range a few years ago so know what conditions can be like but this time around Im wondering if Aviemore is still buried or closed due to winds which one of the other resorts would be best to head for , Ive got a car so distance is not a problem ( no funny answers saying the Alps). Im relitavely experienced and have a 12 year old child with me but again she is experienced. Any thoughts would be appreciated .
Cairngorm was open for a day or two this week, and i think they are hoping to be open for the weekend. There were some blizzard conditions on Wednesday which meant the road was blocked again but i think its almost clear again. The conditions on piste will be amazing...as long as you can get there!

I also go to Glenshee a lot (mainly because it is the closest to me), but its pretty big and I would recommend giving it a go. Checkout the ski scotland website, or winter highland, and you will get some idea of what its like. Good variety of runs, and a couple of restaurants for lunch etc. Much better than the Lecht, and much bigger than Glencoe. Cant comment on Nevis Range as i've not made i there yet.

Hope that helps

Cheers , Ive had a look at the piste maps and Glenshee looked slightly more challenging, thanks for the advice!
