Skiing in Ab Ali
Ab Ali, Iran (2400m to 2650m)
The first ski resort to open in Iran and thus having a fundamental affect on the sports development in the country. Recently upgraded with newer lifts. Lifts are 300 to 700 metres long. Located about 57 km north east of Tehran,it is situated at an altitude of 2250 m with a vertical drop of 250 m and offers very nice slopes for beginners and intermediate skiers.

Ab Ali
The Iranian ski resort of Ab Ali has direct access to a total of 9 ski lifts.
The ski resort itself is above 1500m, so skiing or boarding back to the resort is usually possible. With pistes above 2500 metres, skiing and snowboarding is assured throughout the season.
Ski Lift Capacity :- The 9 Ski Lifts of Ab Ali are able to uplift 4,500 skiers / snowboarders per hour.
