WANTED CHALET IN MORZINE FOR 2012/13 SEASON FOR BUSINESS!

Hi all,

I am looking at starting a chalet business next season in Morzine. I have both done a few seasons as chef and now want to start a business in the mountains. Can you please tell me the practicality of doing this? How much money would I need as a deposit for a chalet? What kind of start up cost would I need to do this? If the costs are too much, do you know if it possible to lease a chalet for the season and run it that way?
