I'd ask adders to clean up the thread and head it with an invitation to suggest a destination. Possibly three per person as to give a better spread and more chance of agreement.

Personally i just through my skis down and clip into the one that lands nearest my foot so it would really annoy me to have graphics that dictate orientation.
And i suppose that gives us another problem.
If we are forced to wear skis on certain feet then we are going to create, unintentionally' a left and right ski.

I have read peoples opinions that a ski is a ski and it shouldn't matter with foot they are on but i have to agree with Dave Mac somewhat and concede that skiing styles will make adjustments to your kit that over time will make subtle changes that could be noticeable if reversed.
When side slipping or hockey stopping i am guessing we all have a preferred left or right stance. I am not saying we are not equally comfortable in performing these manoeuvres in either direction but just that we probably have a natural disposition to one way or the other. Just as we are left or right handed.
And therefor over time wouldn't we be wearing out edges and flexing skis in a non uniform fashion?
It could be that Skis do not have a sufficient life span for this to be a real world issue but in theory i see that by using graphics such as these could have a detrimental effect

One of the problems with trying to plan this is that in some ways the date is tied up with the resort - as in it's no good thinking of a low resort in December or the second half of March (or April!).

There was a guy in my chalet in Les Boisses a couple of weeks ago who belongs to the 'other lot' Snow..... and he said they went to Val Thorens at the end of April for their group holiday and they usually have 100 people who go :shock:

So I guess that means they go for the cheap budget option because they stay in self-catering apartments in VT.

But when I did that survey the people on here who responded didn't seem that keen on s/c and they wanted a more expensive/quality sort of holiday.

The guys on SH *cough* book out an entire hotel or two Ally and they do have a lot of people that go. I was almost temped to join in their trip to Arraba in feb before Mrs Snapzzz signed up for Flaine. Which i am glad she did as i have been flamed a few times on SH for daring to post a silly question and they just don't seem as friendly as J2 guys

Got to be honest guys, things on this site are going from bad to worse.
I think i may retire for the summer as i don't want to get drawn into all the fighting.

Whats going on, everyone used to be so friendly.
