Just fancy cleansing my insides. They've had nearly 40 years of abuse.

looking at those dates/prices i would say the last cheep week in Jan/early Feb would be most suitable for me.
That would give me a early season hol and a late season hol with the family with J2 mid way between.

Seriously considering booking myself in for a colonic session. Anyone had this done?

Glad its not just me that has no will power. My health kick lasted three weeks in January until I got completely hammered on my birthday, then I gave up.

And today i had large chips and gravy from the chippy :-(

Thinking about it i don't think i would have to make March a priority for me in 2014. Seeing as its quite aways off i could do any month and organise my family trips around that.
