This is one of Felthorpe's photos of Old Andy, Sinbad14, Brooksy, Far Queue, and Felthorpe's husband (from left to right).

This is another of hers taken in the chalet after dinner, with, from left to right, Brooksy, Ade, Simon, Spencer, and Nick

This is another of Felthorpe's photos :)
The guy in the apron is Bonjour Tom - the other ski host. These guys had to work really hard. They were out ski-ing with us in the day and showing us around the ski area and the mountain restaurants, and during the evening they had to work in the chalet.

This is one of Daved's photos, of Felthorpe and her husband:

Hey Snapzzz - don't go just because Admin's having a few technical problems with the new layout

I'm sure he'll get it sorted eventually :-)

At the moment I am finding it's rather like trying to navigate around a ski resort when the main lift is broken - difficult, but not impossible!

Sleeps till ski time

Oh dear GreenGoblin - have I lost one of your holidays? Do you know when it was last on the list?

Sorry

Last year, I think! I'll let you off this time, (purely cause I'm off to Les Arcs on Saturday!)

I've put you back on the list now (on the previous page) for your Chatel holiday.

Have a good time in Les Arcs :)
This is one of Joe Collins' photos. He says it's the Face, one of the most fearsome pistes in Val d'Isere/Tignes, and one which (naturally!) we skied down during the week. It is nowhere near as flat as it appears in the photo

And the next photo was taken by Felthorpe, as we came out of the Armailly restaurant on Thursday evening. The chalet staff had the day off so we went out for a meal and used our group discount to pay for it.

Ian - some of the discounts have already started, Mountain Warehouse has up to 70% off their ski wear :)

I got my ski trousers and jacket from Mountain Warehouse a couple of years ago - they were something like £25 each reduced from about £75, and they suit me fine :)

Even when it was -20C (-30C with windchill) last week in Tignes my legs and body weren't cold, and they seem pretty waterproof and breathable so the quality can't be too bad :)
