Zermatt Dec 30th

Considering Zermatt only received 8% of the normal amount of precipitation in January, the pistes are holding up remarkably well. In the Sunnegga sector there are a few rocks on Piste 12 Schneehuhn (from Rothorn to Kumme), and Piste 19 Fluhalp (from Fluhalp to Gant) is a bit icy.

Cervinia has more snow, but the run down to Valtourneche from Salette is icy.

The forecast is for it to get warmer again next week.

Are you travelling from Zermatt to St Moritz on the Glacier Express?
Nothing like a bit of combat skiing to round off a perfect day.
I got the info. on COM from here: http://hypertextbook.com/facts/2006/centerofmass.shtml A woman's larger pelvic obliquity range could also be relevant.
I last did it about 15 years ago, in early March. There is too little snow to do it at the moment.
It's a 1675m decent, graded F, with a short section (100m) at 30° and takes about 2hrs. I really enjoyed it. Here are some photos to get you stoked:

Sometimes the bindings on women-specific skis are mounted a bit further forward than those on the equivalent man's ski (usually about 2cm) which makes them easier to turn. This is also because women usually have a lower centre of mass than men.
The Val D'Anniviers looks like the place to be in Valais at the moment. Bandit, have you ever skied from Bella Tola to Unterems in the Turtmanntal?
Ski boots and calf sizes

Doing this could have a negative effect on the skiers fore/aft balance, a better solution would be to get a boot fitter to stretch the back of the boot to accommodate the calf muscle. http://custom-bootfitting.southernski.com/balance-in-skiing-is-critical.html
Where to Ski in late April

As Easter is very late this year most resorts will be open for longer than usual. Cervinia is open until the 8th of May, Saas Fee until May 1st. In Zermatt, Gornergrat and Sunnegga will be open until May 1st and the lifts in the Matterhorn glacier paradise & Schwarzsee sectors will be open until the 8th of May. All these resorts normally have good late season skiing.
