Ally, The problem is that dishes are just like aerials...they receive only. Thats your download. But how do you tell the internet what you would like to download? That is upload. And upload is not possible by 'sky' dishes as they are receive only....no transmit. So even with satelite internet you need that upload link which is generally by a phone line (slow) or by a VERY expensive dish that transmits. If sky could offer broadband by dish they would have by now for sure. Sorry |

Trust me, i have your best interests at heart. Anyway, i did step two of my running app today, you do three days a week that suits my working pattern. I have to say that today was so much easier than Monday which is strange because i wouldn't have thought that it would have made that much difference.
That is exactly what i am trying to do! I don't eat crisps very often and i cannot remember the last time i bought a bar of choc. I rarely drink coke and the likes either, i just think that it is lack of exercise that is killing me. I work late (8-7) three days a week which means i tend to just have an hour on the sofa after dinner before bed. On my days off i have been lounging about as my working week zaps me so i never get any real exercise. My weight has been pretty constant at around 13 to 13.5st for the last four years but I'm feel like i am carrying just a few too many pounds as my clothes feel a little tight. I am thinking that if i get out a little more and work out every now and then i can keep my diet pretty much the same. thoughts? |

But if you can't or don't want to cut out the wine then a few hours of exercise each week will help combat that??
