Not cold here, a nice sunny 23 degrees due to the northerly breeze & I will get my snow fix in March at Sauze, best of both worlds.

I've got men's salopettes, ski boots, and ski jacket, and a child's ski helmet, and the skis I hired were men's as well. No-one seems to have noticed that anything was awry (or at least they've never said anything and I didn't see whole crowds of people falling over with laughter every time they saw me on a ski slope!).

My head is very small which is why the kids' helmet fits me. Some people have big heads and some have small ones and I think it's more about genetic inheritance than gender.

Ally I think you might have a gender problem.

I think if you go across the Pond it would be different, as I wouldn't want to take just a week for such a long flight, so I'd probably do 10 days and ski 6 or 7 of them, with a day off before and after to prepare for the flight.

We did one in 2001 Fernie & Big mountain back to back for £350 for the both, room only Fernie & B&B in BM alot of travelling & reported by the locals as the worse snow conditions for 35yrs ( that's the Brooks effect ) now who wants to go skiing with me  .
