Pablo Escobar wrote:Ian, with Flickr (don't know about photobucket etc) you get 4 different size options of your image to look at in the .jpg format so you can pick the one you want to embed.

With the bucket you get three, just little bit of trial and error and keeping the old Admin sweet

Once the mountains have gone through the full cycle and green has replaced white I'm fine I can view the beauty again though a new set of eyes and happily spend a week of my summer holiday playing in the mountains, till that time I'm depressed........
I dont enjoy the mountains at all until there is snow on them, I am afraid. Therefore this time of year is depressing, although I will forget it for a short time when the times comes to take 2 weeks in the sun, and on those lazy Friday evenings when the beer garden is still warm enough to i sit out in. But I long for the early winter snowfalls again.

Behave you grumpy old sod, the mountains are beautiful any time on year, more so in winter though

I'm pleased that you guys are having a laugh at my expense, remember "I am An Athlete" and "my body is a temple" and before you guys say it it's not the Taj Mahal, here in Norfolk we have plenty of flat paths to peddle my bike, and with every push of those pedals is another few ounces that I will not be carrying around with me, as for trencher you will not get me in a gym for love nor money, well may be love if she is fit enough, but no I am not into weights.
I maybe thought someone out there would give me some sort of an idea as to what milage I should start off with and how should I increase the milage over the weeks, but I shall have to develop my own milage chart and hope the old legs can cope.
