Not enough choice of TO's in the market place and just doing what you can do from home is turning people away .

tonypants wrote:Thanks SB, I better start studying the piste map the and get some routes planned, its a shame as I always found the hosting by the TO's very sociable, it always lead to good fun in the evenings when chalet skiing.

Oh well, time to try Italy or Austria for a change !

Anne Cochrane wrote:I very rarely visit this forum but through following a new topic that was sent to my email box I came across this topic about snowboarders. I have been skiing for many years and thoroughly loved it but my husband who is younger than me wanted a go at snowboarding. At the time I was 57 years old and thought it a bit daft to be learning something that looked pretty dangerous but gave it a go anyway. It was the most difficult thing I have ever tried but I perservered and after many very painful falls I started to enjoy it once I got the hang of it. Now when we go on our holidays I actually find skiing rather boring and end up boarding most of the holidays as it is more challenging and more fun. I am a 62 year old woman now and probably don't have many years left as a boarder, but I will always be pleased that I gave it a go and somewhat mastered it.

Good for you .... you keep boarding as long as you can
Please help! Too much choice!!
