I haven't found an official source that supports that statement. Covid testing and the issuing of Covid certificates is the responsibility of the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH). Switzerland Tourism is a publicly owned corporation that is responsible for promoting Switzerland as a holiday destination. It is not an official source for information on the validity of Swiss Covid certificates.
If you click on the link to the FOPH website that I posted above you will see that it says "The federal government covers the costs of nasopharyngeal rapid antigen tests for everyone". If you look at Switzerland Tourism's Covid-19 travel conditions webpage https://www.myswitzerland.com/en-ch/planning/transport-accommodation/travel-to-switzerland/where-and-when-is-what-open/ it also states that that rapid antigen tests are currently free of charge. There is no mention of antigen test certificates issued after negative free of charge antigen tests not being valid for "return travel" on either of those websites or anywhere else as far as I can see. |

That is what is being reported in the Austrian press, the figure comes from Austria's COVID Prognosis Consortium and is based on mathematical modelling. 15,000 cases is likely to be one of the triggers for a lockdown and is probably at the top end of expectations.
The Swiss National COVID-19 Science Task Force reckons that there could be up to 20,000 cases per day by the second week of January. |

The Austrian National Tourist Office has updated its entry regulations webpage:
"NEW: Virus variant areas United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway The United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Denmark and Norway will be classified as a virus variant region from 25 December in Austria. Everyone travelling from these countries needs to quarantine for 10 days upon arrival. Exception: People who are fully vaccinated AND have received the booster can enter Austria with a negative PCR test. Children under 12 are exempt too and teenagers eligible for the Holiday Ninja Pass will be able to enter with a negative PCR test. PLEASE NOTE: The Austrian National Tourist Office is not an authority and cannot provide any legally binding information." https://www.austria.info/en/service-and-facts/coronavirus-information/entry-regulations According to an Austrian National Tourist Office survey published today around half of the bookings for between Christmas and the beginning of January have been cancelled and bookings for the whole of January are currently only 33% of available capacity. At 46% February is not much better. The Austrians are expecting the number of cases to rise to 15,000 a day by the first week of January. |

Maybe, the figure was put out by Ulrich Elling from the Institute of Molecular Biology in Vienna https://www.oeaw.ac.at/imba/research/ulrich-elling
The tightening of the entry regulations was first reported in the Tiroler Tageszeitung https://www.tt.com/artikel/30808894/einreise-aus-grossbritannien-niederlande-und-co-ab-freitag-deutlich-erschwert (paywalled) According to the report, the ordinance will be issued today and will apply from 24 December. |

According to the Austrian press the UK, Norway, Denmark and the Netherlands will likely be classified as virus variant areas from Friday. This means that people traveling form those countries will be subject to a mandatory ten-day quarantine, which can be shortened to 5 days with a negative test. It is estimated that British aircraft are bringing in 15 new cases per day, which then travel directly to the ski resorts.

A hotel owner from Alta Badia has put together a video showing how to use the 'Green Pass' with the Dolomiti Superski app.
It's in Italian, but has English subtitles. It looks like you will have to visit a ticket office every day if you don't use the app. |
