Some of us independent travelling morons who have hand baggage only, have trains to catch, and need to move sharpish :D

Sorry bandit, i was unclear on this one.
I meant as soon as the light goes out after take off and not just as you land.
The idiots that drag everything out of the bags they want during the flight.....why put them up there if you want them in ten mins time?

This always annoys me, you have to sit around the airport, then in the gate area doing nothing. As soon as passengers get on the plane they then stand in the gangway sorting out their stuff which could have been done in the time before boarding.I carry a separate carrier bag with all my in flight bits & pieces sorted so just bag & coat in locker & sit down, how hard is it? Security's the same they wait till last minute to remove coats, belts, money ect & hold up the line

Rant over.

If I'm about to board a flight and I see you getting, I'm waiting for the next one

Remember to look behind you.......
You'll be in front. I like to be last on.

Me too, Mrs Snapzzz gets really annoyed with me as i just sit and wait till the queues are gone and they are about to close the gate.
I don't want to sit on there longer than i really need to, especially while people mess about with bags in the overhead lockers whilst holding up the line marching down the aisle.

This is always the first cam i look at, The Grand Rochette, La Plagne. Its great if you click full screen. One side shows the full La Plagne bol whils the opposite direction shows the view to Courcheval and the 3V.

For those with iPhones then download this app for the best of French HD cams

A soft ski bag is much more useful and flexible IMO .

My OH had a pair of skis driven over by something really heavy during baggage handling, years ago.

Of course baggage handling owned up.

(Not)

Naturally they paid for our losses as the skis were written off.

The tyre tracks on the bag should have been a bit of a clue, but as always everyone is in a hurry to GTHO of the airport, and we did not notice.

You don't have much luck do you Bandit? Don't ever try Skydiving.

What size skis do you use?
