I'd say the Stubai Glacier in Austria - it's the biggest skiable glacier in the country, so loads more to do there if you're planning on being there for more than a couple of days... It's also close to Innsbruck which has an Olympic Bobsleigh run you can do, among loads of other things... |

I would recommend the Stubai Glacier... it's the biggest skiable glacier in Europe, has one of the best snowparks around, and has always got loads going on :)
Actually if you went a little earlier (mid October, there's even an Octoberfest going on up there on the slopes.... mental Austrians!) It opened a week ago when half a metre of powder fell... [no spam please - ta, Admin] |
