Too much faff, the don't work with gloves. Unless you have the sort with the metallic thread in the finger tips and i have yet to see a decent pair that do. They are normally very thin.

if you have a decent pair of gloves and someone who can sew, you can buy the thread to turn your good gloves into iphone gloves by just sewing a few stiches (try ebay search "thread gloves iphone")

I have deffo heard it all now

would you like me to sew your gloves into iphone gloves? I could do a J2Ski special rate

I think it is hilarious and I am very tempted

Well i certainly wouldn't want to put a needle and thread anywhere near my leather gloves but i would give it a whirl on some older ones for sure.

I've gone all retro and in the last three days, I've bought....

1. An early 1980's pinball machine
2. A genuine American 'Walk Don't Walk' sign
3. An 8 track player and 20 cheesy 1970's tapes

The 1st two work well but I have my doubts about the third. I'm awaiting it's delivery and will probably have to get my spanner out.

I think someone is pining for their youth.

Mixed Adult and Child Ski Lessons

Combined lessons are hard to come by, i should know because i too have looked. The only way you will achieve this is to go private but it will cost a fortune for the same number of hours ski school will offer for normal group lessons.

You are lucky that you have two kids, they will be a friend for each other and no doubt inspire each other too. And i am sure the Mrs would prefer to be with adults then a class of kids.

As for La Plagne, we used Oxygene and they were pretty good. Google them.

Im here, just been really busy over the last few days.

Been pottering about in my lounge readying for a new TV. I treated my self to a new home cinema system and now a new TV is on the cards.

I also took my skis in for a good waxing prior to my new year trip.

Rubbish!

Admit it, you've been glued to a webcam, drooling as it all turns white, waiting for the clouds to disappear.

It does look good out there doesn't it?
