Ally have you considered this post maybe counter productive as many members may have been quietly considering joining the group & looking forward to the possibility of sharing with me & now may not go as you have announced that position is filled :cry: but on the other hand :D

I think you will find most are the same when dealing with a claim, a better question would be has anyone found a company that was easy to deal with & would recommend them. Its sad that the person who sold the insurance does not deal with the claim as that would BE interesting. -)
