Shsshh Melbatb. Don't want the hordes to spoil our little secret!
A hidden gem Wickers.
But not according to some people for whom high alpine resorts are the only places worth skiing.
Pas is a good fun town. I winter in Soldeu, just over the hill. The sking/boarding from Pas is excellent and there are loads of pretty good, reasonable restaurants right on the slopes at Pas. We regularly ski over and L'Husky is one of our favourites. Pichet de vin rouge and a substantial main course usually comes to about 15E per head.
Last couple of years have had epic snow conditions from early December, so you should be ok for snow. Snow making is also extensive in the area should there be any problems in that respect.
You will have a great time I'm sure. See you in L'Husky for lunch maybe!
Chalet holiday but on a budget.

As Tony says, go with Club Med and avoid the Hotel Sauze and you will be sorted.

Hi Nelly. Have you considered a mojo? I ski with an ex instructor who's knees were so shot that for years he used( and became very competent on) a sit ski. He tried the mojo and is now back on skis ripping it up.
Just a suggestion. You do what you think is best for you and hope all goes well.
