I have no idea what they are! I've never been a headmistress or bought smart clothes. I always assumed they were made of some really frightening material, like crocodile skin, which kept everyone in order.

I think poor Snowbandit is so stressed out trying to work out what to do, and how not to lose her ski-ing holiday and meeting her friends, that she can't read properly anymore - not surprising Snowbandit :D
