From their website :-
Moulins is the access to the ridge I think (so not running the gondola?) and those are the two button lifts right down in the village. Could be busy, if free, though presumably the cover is good so should be some good lines to be had back to the town. |

On topic please peeps...
Roger - figure 10 to 12 hours depending on driving style, how many stops and the weather of course; on the latter point it's definitely worth checking Meteo France for the likely weather on route. Personally I quite enjoy the drive down; you start off over some of the flattest bits of France and end up in the bumpiest bit! 8) |

Hmm, I can see this quote coming in useful when negotiating my next "boy's trip" - "hey honey, you do want me to excel don't you?" 8) That's an awful lot of skiing... no harm in trying though! |

It's probably a combination of all of those... 8) Updates can be a bit slow at this time of year as many of the resorts are not yet fully staffed and/or new staff are not on top of the importance of keeping their data updated. So it should get better as we enter the New Year. |

Sorry, no Ruka yet but we added Prato Nevoso to the list of Snow Forecast by mail options today.
Any more? |

Ross - Sainte Foy has a reputation locally as the place where the instructors from Val D and La Ros head on their days off... if there's half decent snow you'll have an absolute blast.
I've not skiied there (yet) but have been told that the "family-friendly" accommodation and operators there mean that the off-piste gets tracked much less quickly than elsewhere. |
