Has anybody got any feedback on Saint Francois Longchamp or St Sorlin d Arves. Overall feel of resorts, snow records, anything to build up some knowledge about the resorts? Thanks.

Took kidds(6&9)skiing for first time last year, and they loved it easily managing Blues by end of week. The only problem was their helmets, they were getting too hot wearing them, when taken off their hair was soaking with sweat(nice hey). It was during a hot sunny spell 14th march. Taking them again this year. Anyone know of a helmet with loads of ventilation?

Just dont be scared, know your limits, and go red. You might surprise yourself, and save money. Its all down to confidence so its your choice. Try increasing your speed on blue to max. comfortability then try a red slowly or just hire an instructor. Whatever you feel ok with. Good luck.

Ive seen some cheap proski simulators on ebay, with some You Tube clips attached which makes them look ok.
Please has anyone used one, or another simulator for training. They seem to mimmic skiing action reasonably well. I have one week skiing a year and I want to be ready for it! so please some feed back about simulators, are they worth it? Info. urgently required, today! Please and Ta. |
