Some of my Obergurgl photos.
I think I was there at the beginning of January '07, with my 2 kids, when there was very little snow in many resorts. There was enough snow to ski on in Obergurgl, but it was much less snow than they usually have, and it was quite icy. http://s740.photobucket.com/albums/xx46/Farmobooks/obergurgl%2007/ Ally |

Sorry Trencher,
Your description made them seem very difficult to use, and I equated difficult with bad. Maybe I'd better have another look at what you said in the morning, when I'm awake :D Ally |

Thanks Trencher,
I get what's bad about snowblades now, but maybe Graeme will be able to tell me what's good about them - there must be something fun about them, or else he wouldn't use them. Ally |

Thanks Ise, I'll be able to go to sleep now, happy that I know what LgB stands for, and roughly where it is :D And thanks for the peek at your website - now I know what you do - lead people about wearing tennis racquets on their feet :D Salski, I've never been much good at keeping up, especially at school :( Maths was a particular nightmare for me - I have a distinct memory of the maths teacher wiping the work off the board, when I was about 8 years old, and I'd only written about half of it down   Ally |

Thanks Salski and Ise, I hate to admit how stupid I really am, and in public as well, but what is LgB short for? I mean where is he really going? Edit - was it Ian and Pablo arguing about Megeve then? I thought it was Tony and Pablo  It's very difficult trying to keep track of what happens on here. Graeme,
What's the difference in the way they ski - between blades and normal skis I mean? |
|
Pay no attention to Tony, Graeme. Since he got his new skis he's gone all sharp and pointy. When his avatar was a sock puppet he was all cute and cuddly. He hasn't give me a cuddle for ages now  Ally |

First of all you have to register (it's free) with one of the websites that host photos (or however you describe it), like picasa or photobucket. Then you have to follow their instructions on how to upload your photos from your computer to them, and then their instructions on how to download them to wherever you want i.e. j2ski.com. The most important thing (hint from Pablo) is to practise first and click 'preview' instead of submit on this site, so you can check it works first, and it's not too big. Most people make loads of mistakes to start with (including me of course). Ally |
