Dare 2b?

Agreed, some of the colours they have are aweful. But most of the jackets have a more neutral black, brown or grey alternative, style seems ok and they are well priced so I think i'll go for it. Thanks for the help.

Hopefully last post regarding equipment advice, sorry for the annoyance and thanks to community help so far. Anyone heard of the make dare 2b for ski jackets and pants, and if they are any good in terms of quality, practicality and style?

Cheers!
Buff vs Polar Buff
Started by User in Beginning Skiing, 2 Replies
The "official" buff website sells buffs and polar buffs (thicker fleece like material). For my first ski trip I'm going to be reasonably high up and thought a buff looked pretty useful. Just wondering if anyone with experience could tell me which would be better to get an original buff or a polar buff. I'm worried the original will not offer enough warmth if the weather comes in and i'm worried the polar will get too hot for the rest of the time.
Vote (& comment) now!

Thanks.
Reasonably priced goggles

Hey thanks for the help, just bought a pair of dragon mace (coal frame, amber lens) pretty sweet.
One more question, i'm going to get a buff because going up reasonably high so i figure its worth having something I can convert to cover whole face if the temp really drops. Should I get a polar buff or original buff? Worried I'll get too hot in the polar but I've never owned one before so I thought I'd ask for opinions.
Thanks!

Wow the adidas yodai are nice, but a bit pricey for a beginner. Can only find them for £80-£100

What are the differences between OTG goggles and normal ones? Would it be ridiculous or impractical to wear OTG goggles without glasses based on the style or is this common?

Hi,
I'm looking for some reasonably priced goggles for my ski kit. I'm not really sure whats good for the money out on the market at the moment, so I thought I'd ask.
In terms of style I liked the Sinner Beast II OTG goggles until I realized OTG stood for over the glasses (I don't need glasses so I guess I would look stupid with them / they would be impractical?), prefer matt rubbery looking frames to shiny.
Any suggestions?

Thanks!
