I'm thinking that you have the right to a full refund under the Sale of Goods Act. Crystal have failed to supply what you purchased in good faith. Did you pay the deposit with a credit card? If so, then Section 75 of the 1974 Consumer Credit Act may apply. Speak to the card supplier, or your Bank pronto.

From May 2012 Snowjet stopped selling flights direct to the public. They will concentrate on offering Tour Operator package flights.
So, for independent travellers heading to Valais, it's Geneva, Zurich or a TGV to Lausanne FNO. More here....... http://www.snowjet.co.uk/sion-airport.asp |

You have my sympathy and full understanding. I too have been there and experienced the "dumbest Insurance Claim requests ever" from a Claims Handling Agent.
Great tips, and I do hope that you do not ever consider giving up your claim, it should have been paid out long ago. Hang in there  |

Sniggers....... 8) BTW I expect you'd find quite a bit of dog carp in Val Thorens. Last time I was there, I watched lots of dog owners emptying their pets on the ski area at the top of Place Caron. |
