If it's just for a weekend then I suppose a resort near an airport would be a good idea.
Have you thought of Chamonix? It's only an hour from Geneva and it should have real snow in March and at least the first half of April.

Have you got a date for this proposed stag ski weekend?

Curryqueen has sent me a message to say she'd like to come with us, booking into the Sauze hotel with Crystal. So she's looking for a female room buddy to share a twin room with her.

Andid is looking for another male to share a twin room with him in the Sauze hotel.

And the problem is that I've just checked on the Crystal website and they've only got one room left in the Sauze hotel!

So if anyone else wants to come and stay in the same hotel as us and share with either Andid or Curryqueen, they'd better make up their minds pretty fast, before the last room goes.

As I said before, the price in the Sauze hotel with Crystal is £449 per person for a shared room, to include half-board, flights from Gatwick (it's extra from other airports), and transfers.

If anyone else wants to ski/board with us, after the Sauze hotel is full, they will have to book into another hotel. There seem to be plenty of rooms still available in other hotels nearby.

For me, a decent price makes a good ski sock. And then once I've bought them I expect them to last for years and years as long as I look after them carefully. I wouldn't pay more than about £8 for a good pair of ski socks, so I should think these ones would suit me.

Hi Andy, would you be willing to share with a room buddy (male of course)? What we have done on the last 2 J2Ski group holidays is to post up on here when we have someone who wants to come but is looking for a room mate. So far we've managed to find someone each time :)

There are no rooms left in the Sauze to book directly because we've got them all! We've booked 12 out of the 31 rooms in the hotel for the group directly, and 2 more through Crystal. The hotel couldn't let us have more than 12 because they'd 'sold' the rest to Crystal etc.
