It's a good deal, I personally haven't stayed there but I heard from my "new" family that it is a nice area

From my readings Fink is a part of the Zillertal valley area. Mostly glaciers, mostly heaven.

Have a great time, if you can do it take a pic of the glacier for me :) Are you from the area?

Thanks Pav. I took them out for another ride last night and I tried hard to, well not try at all. I just let everything roll. These guys require little effort it's amazing

I work at a dumpy little resort in Ohio. I just make sure no one gets killed on the lifts.

I gave them a loving home today.... MINE I got them on sale for $514 they were $850. They are the red ones and they are hot. When I was walking out to my car with them I noticed how heavy they were. At my resort we've been blessed with a nice layer of good snow so tomarrow after work I'm going to talk one of the instructors into giving me some lessons on my technique. Hard to believe that the first week of December I was scared spitless to get back in them and when I did I couldn't keep them on! Now I'm so so so much better thanks to the crew on j2 (that means Pav) :P

These perhaps?
I'm moving to Graz in a month. I'm picking up a set of Elan mag's and I wanted to know if it would be worth traveling with them, or just wrap up the season before hand?
Snow chains

Lol why risk it. Rather get the chains and have a good trip then have to spend your hard earned vacation digging yourself out of a snow drift/other cars

In reality, we need both, the feeling of control, and the surge of adreneline, as we experience a new edge of speed.

Souldrive used a good analogy of running drills. As an ex-cross country and fell runner, can vouch for the speed routines geared to gaining speed endurance. So be it with skiing, we learn and build on knowledge and experience.
Great advice. Too bad the slope around ohio are getting gunked up and slow
