i think that you shall try and take lessons here in the uk, like the chill factore, and if you enjoy it, for me the most important thing was my own ski boots the rest jackets etc. i went to tk maxx or tresspass outlets, and beware once you start skiing you cant stop its like a bug. enjoy |

i wish i could remember the names of the runs, iam very bad at reading piste maps, luckily i skied with a freind that knows La plagne very well so he guided me

I am trying to convince my group, its either la plagne or Meribel or val disere, if my group desides not to go to la plagne, i will go over for 3 days in feb

Its fatastic skiing, the place just smiles to you, i was in les meuries last year and it was a bit dull. we stayed in Bellcotte its cheaper and near the slopes, and there is a cable car till 12 am to bella plagne for some good bars, sorry no photos my camera broke down

if you live near a indoor slope i whould recomment snow and rock, so you can allways ski in it and adjust after a ski
