Well, personally, I hope that Admin removes the original remark, whether it was supposed to be 'banter' or not.

Sorry I'm too old and sometimes I snore. Plus I have loads of work to do here. It would have been great though, to escape for another week.

I rather think those three will just have to pay the extra between themselves.

Did you check the closing date for changing the name on the flights?

The Welsh don't need an excuse to celebrate St Patrick's day, as he was probably Welsh and very likely came from near where I live now. The story goes that the Irish came here on a raid and captured him as a slave and took him back to Ireland.

Swell,
Have a good time celebrating in O'Malleys and make sure you tell everyone St Patrick was Welsh :D

Apparently it was me that left them - I should have loaded them into the hire car while she wandered off shopping! That's 14 year olds.

They were all alone in the rack when we drove backto the Gondola station!

At least you remembered them before you drove back to the airport! I think kids always blame the parents - it's a universal trait :D

Sm4sh,
I thought you were only a youngster! :D

I'm 49 and my older daughter is 23. It's nice to have you around, as a bit of a contrast to us oldies :D

And on the subject of Bulgarian food not being hot - they seem to like it that way in Borovets, I don't know why.

No I'm not kidding Tony. She really did forget her ski jacket

She's a 'big girl' now (17) so all I did was ask her if she'd packed it (answer was 'yes') and I didn't actually look in her suitcase. But she was horribly busy the week before we left and somewhat distracted I suppose.

Anyway, it all worked out okay because the friend I was ski-ing with had luckily brought two ski jackets. And my daughter was feeling suitably foolish so she didn't complain about having to ski in a size 18 jacket all week when she's only a size 10 :D

I certainly wasn't going to buy her a new one at Courchevel prices

Have a great time Andymol2, Green Goblin and everyone heading out within a week :D

Don't forget to pack the essentials - my daughter forgot her ski jacket this time

Sm4sh,
I was thinking, you must be a lot younger than me, to be out drinking until 2-30 a.m. and then get up at 8-30 for a ski lesson :D

At my age, I find it very difficult to keep my eyes open after about 10 p.m. when I'm on a ski holiday.
