We stopped in Morzine in Feb 08. The resort caters for all tastes for lunchtimes, Pizzas right through to traditional Savoyard cuisine. Stayed in Le Chaumiere hotel and the chef there was exceptional, catering for all tastes and the children of 11 and 8 had no complaints about any food. I hope your hotel is the same.
In Morzine there is a shuttle bus from the Pleney lift station to Super Morzine. From either station it is a gondolaa ride up and then skiing to your hearts content.
Just an aside, if you are looking for a good view and piste route. go up to the top of the Arbis (red run) in the Chamossiere section. the view to Mnt Blanc is stunning with the ride back down quite thrilling. :)
