If you have an iphone there is an app that does this called runkeeper pro
its aimed at the running market and I use it to track my runs and bike rides but it has a downhill skiing facility on it. I will be trying it out in Austria at the end of feb. |

I have just been given a set of these ski's they are about 98cm long
Are they worth taking out to saalbach when i go in feb? Never skied with such a short ski any advice gratefully rechieved :shock: |

always worn one so no change did save me from an injury last year when i got hit from behind by a beginner in italy :oops:

spent last feb half term in the dolomites (colfosco) left thurs afternoon through the tunnel b+b in france
drove all day friday b+b in austria arrived at resort sat around 1 great drive down,great weeks skiing on the sella ronda our apartment had a 100m walk to the slopes journey back did it in two days (not so much fun)about 1700 miles total |

My local dry ski slope Calshot fitted this a couple of years ago and whenever i have skied there it has quite good a bit slower but less damage when you fall over. I will be going along to there ramps and rails night soon so will let you know how i get on
