You just couldn't resist it, everyone else let it go when the thought popped in there. )
Well done :) Matt, we are going with Inghams staying @ a hotel called La Sapiniere, never been to Chamonix before so have no idea of locations |

I took my daughter to Disney in Paris last week, I paid 8 Euros for a beer, THAT reminded me of skiing :-)
As soon as September has finished, every time I see the skis in the garage I start to get excited. |

Now snowing @ resort level in Chamonix, :D :D :D , only 10 days to go, hope the rain stays at bay but am not so sure .
Looking awesome for you in Val Andy |

You lucky thing, you are now free of having to get up first thing and check the webcams and forecasts and then checking them every half an hour with that glimmer of hope that they have changed for the better. ) ) )
However, without a doubt you have made the right decision, great to see some money back. Unfortunately when Jan comes the desire to web cam watch will be back and you won't be able to ignore it. :-) |

I am also going on the 16th and have been slightly concerned but I am not worried, there will be snow to ski on even if we have to go high, it would be nice to see snow at resort level.
I remember last year at the same time in Tignes we had an overnight dump of 30cms, the mountain weather is very changeable. Have confidence and......... do the snow dance ) |
