Tony,
Don't worry, we are doing okay :D

We currently have enough people in our group to half fill the chalet. This means that there is still room for other people to join the holiday if they would like to.

I intend to repeat the notice explaining this every time we get onto a new page, because otherwise J2Skiers who haven't read the entire thread will not know this.

However, as I explained on the first page, we do not have to fill the chalet. The owners will simply let the surplus rooms to other people, at no loss to me or anyone else in the group.

I think myself that things are going pretty well, considering this is the first time (as far as I know) that anyone has actually managed to organize a group J2ski holiday on this website.

Icy,
What I do is bag it all up and put it in the car and then drop it off next time I drive past a charity shop which is open.

Icy,
I'm glad to hear you're recycling your unwanted clothes in a charity shop

I'm a great fan of charity shops - both as somewhere to usefully dispose of good clothes etc. that we no longer need, and as somewhere to buy cheap clothes etc. that we do want.

And it's nice to know you're supporting a worthy cause at the same time :D

Icy - why are you building furniture from Ikea tomorrow? You're meant to relax and stuff yourself with chocolate eggs on Easter Day

Caron,
The only solution I have ever found to that particular problem is to start thinking about next year's ski holiday and spend ages on the internet looking at resort reviews etc.

Ian,
I'm pretty sure Snapzzz said he was going to Spain - somewhere like Benidorm I think he said.

Icy - I hate those IKEA flat pack things as well. I usually get about half way through making whatever I've bought, get stuck, and persuade my husband to finish it for me. He's really good at 3-D problems.

Snapzzz - I'm glad you're having a good holiday, even if it's not on the snow :D
