A few weeks ago we were on a coach going through the valley from Geneva to Chamonix, the weather was atrocious. Terrible beating rain as we headed on our way to our longly awaited ski holiday.
Suddenly we all felt a huge, and I mean HUGE, gust of wind hit the side of the coach. The whole bus slid sidewards across the two lane motorway, the car on the left braked hard to accommodate the bus' broadside ( he really did C**P himself.) Many people on the bus also "crapped themselves" but luckily the bus driver pulled a rally drivers counter steer and flipped the back end round again, I think the boy was "s******g himself" but saved our lives. Never experienced that before but lived to tell the tale !! |

Got in @ 0430, got up @ 1 pm just been to Macs and tucked into two double cheeseburgers and Large fries. tummy full, bad head and terrible beer sweats.
It seems that I have a similar vulture in my house, why do they have to do that after a late night drinking session? So inconsiderate |

Hope they have better skies than I had in Cham last week, I have never seen so much snow (bloody snow dance). It was Av warning 5 so many lifts were closed, off piste was high risk and the depth markers on the hill were showing 2m of the stuff.
BUT, I wanted it to look Christmassy at Village level and it was, it was very pretty. Wish I was still there ! |

Amazing... its 0641 on Christmas morning and my 7 year old is still asleep, I just checked and Santa has been so just waiting for the excited little face :D :D :D
