Thats the problem with Ski resorts.....Too many gear shops. I might take the tip and leave my CC at home next trip.

Stll want my green Salomon jacket though, I'm not sure i will be able to control myself on that one.....I can't justify £300 but it sure is pretty.

Great to hear you enjoyed your new toy, can't wait to see the results.
I was thinking about the chest mount but in the end i have bought a few new sticky pads and i am going to play with positions on my boots and maybe skis.

We are still planning our March trip, hoping to book in a couple of weeks, have found a few places in Avoriaz so you never know! :)

Nelly, i had real problems finding something for February, i think demand is quite high this year because of the great snowfall. Maybe worth committing to something pretty soon. I wanted to go to Avoriaz but found nothing with the TO's for a while.
Shame.
When i spoke to Iglu the guy told me they had 50 operators taking calls and the phones have been red hot for weeks now.

snowb4ndit wrote:If you are in the 3 v's then I can recommend an ace bootfitter. He is based in Reberty and the shop is called Pied de Piste or something like that. The guy is called Alfonso he will most definitely be able to tell you what the problem is and make it better.

He is so good that I will be booking a trip to the 3 v's when I need new boots again, just so he can fit them.

He's just up the road in VT
