Thanks Caron,Looking forward to just going with the hubby tomorrow, have taken our 8 year old son for the last 20 or so times this season..could use a bit of a break )All my son ever wants to do is the double blacks and the trees..more than my knee can handle..so I end up skiing by myself while they take off...not this time :-)!

I also love my yoga. Very strong poses work the legs really hard and the balancing poses are fantastic for making your brain aware of where you knees are (there's a word for it that I can't think of for the life of me?).

You are totally right Caron about the yoga. I think that is what has kept me moving and strong... my Ashtanga yoga practice..modified of course.

Thanks Ally and Snowb4,I hope I can share good news about the knee one day too ) :-)

Thanks guys,I know I need to think positive..just getting harder when it is 2 years since I hurt myself. See the doctor next week for MRI results.Just hope it is not another 2 year wait to get it fixed. Wish I could afford to do it private.
Anyways dont want to be a downer on Carons happy thread ,sorry about that
