actually it's "There's no art. To find the mind's construction in the face." although I'm quite unsure what you mean in quoting it.

I do believe that's from Macbeth.

Despite growing up in Shakespeare country, I've not read much by the bard

obviously I knew that :) and I recall from school what the bard meant by it as well. I wasn't clear what the other version might be supposed to mean. Obviously that version could equally be the lyric from some song by a popular rap combo and I'd not know :)

Thanks

It's on the OBB website, we call it an integrated transport system. Just enter your start and end point and it will work out if that needs busses or trains. If you really must use only buses you are able to specify that as well.

thanks

Cervinia would be the most snow sure in Italy for early December I'd think. Some other places like Val Senales would also be good. There's obviously some other options than Italy if you're more flexible.

How long will it be?

yes, it's one of the hazards at altitude in the summer as well.
Chalet host Jobs in North America

My Partner and I are currently looking at doing a season in North America and was wondering if anyone knows of any company/contact etc. for Chalet hosting in North America. Another option would also be any other season long jobs.

Cheers

Jason

you should check Natives.co.uk there's a lot of ad's on there. Alternately some of the Canadian (and probably others) have some job fairs if you're not 100% tied to being a chalet host. It's a demanding role so you need to be sure you want to do it but you probably know that.

I've skied all the way to Tignes before, last time around the end of October 5 years ago. Last time I was there that wasn't even close to possible and we were down to the drag (the name of which escapes me) just below the top of the funicular. That's about the limited of the planned terrain.

If you're looking to improve your skiing by simply pounding the same straight, wide and easy blue run for a few days then you the Grande Motte Glacier might be just for you (a bit like on a dryslope but with snow!).

that's right, the even consistent gradient makes developing and consolidating technique more simple, longer than an indoor slope and better views :D
