Clear, but your explanation merely affirms our position. If its just a guess, why does it almost always indicate a heavy fall of snow?

"Next weekend"
123cm forecast for Chamonix. 154cm forecast for Soldeu. Quick, quick! |

They're wasting their time with fictitious snow "next weekend" in Soldeu. It closes on the 18th!
I think you are right Jean Claude. We locals in Soldeu became more and more suspicious and sceptical of j2ski's long range forecast as the season progressed! And I note the 130cm forecast yesterday has disappeared today. Just realised the resort is closed? |

On the subject of inaccurate snow forecasts. Can I ask you once again to examine your forecast model for 10-14 days. For Soldeu 19/04 to 22/04 this forecasts 130cms of snow. Ridiculous!

Well that's it folks. Time to head home. Another brilliant season here in Soldeu. I hope my updates were useful to any j2skiers who came to Grandvalira this season. Hasta Lluego amigos/amigas!

Should have booked those flights. Just had one of the best days of the season and now sitting in the sun quaffing beer. Marvellous!
