Most high earners, IMHO, have been lucky or it has been gifted to them.
I graft my bloody ass off every day and i will break more of a sweat than the likes of most of the super rich. It doesn't make them clever or skilled, some are, but many are just lucky or privileged.

Wages are rarely based on hard work.

I meant 'i don't care what you think of me" as a general term.....meaning i don't care what anyone thinks of me.....
