Just had a look on www.auhof.co.uk/webcam.asp to check out what last nights weather brought, looks like a small dusting of snowfall down to about 1400m, just hope it stays nice and cold out there for it to make a good base and then let it snow after that - will be doing my snow dancing as i did last year again. Hope the snow Gods are on our side again!!

My flight is at 7:45am from Gatwick so should be in the resort by 12:30 / 13:00 on the 4th 8)

This sounds very tempting depending on workload etc as long as a 36 year old won't drag you down!

Brilliant, what sort of skiing ability are are you and not to intrude to much but what age range are you, I am 24.
We could arrange to meet up out there on the first night if you all wanted to, i may be on my own but am trying to get people to come aswell....

I bought the new Salomon Crossmax 120's which i love, i have used them for a couple of full week holidays and never really had a problem with them, have noticed these are a bit quicker than the 99cm Salomon ones i had in the past.
Really good for getting your balance as well as trying jumps and tight turns in mogul fields.

Will be taking mine away again this year and am really looking forward to getting back on them :)

Afternoon all,

I have finally sorted my life out and am booking skiing for Niederau on the 4th Feb next year for a week.

Is anyone else going out there this season and if so when are you going and where will you be staying. I am, as usual, going to be staying in the Schneeberger and would love to meet any of you that are in the resort that week.

Trying to get a group of us to go this year seems harder than i thought so if there are any solo skiers feel free to come and find me.
