How do I drop a quote into a message?

Gareth, before you go to type a reply look at the post (or posts) you want to quote and at the top right of the wee box it is in, there is a 'quote' button, click it!

*If it is your own post, it will have an edit button too.

If you only want to quote a bit of the quote, you can delete the bit you don't want.

I wondered how to do it as well, but I just never bothered to find out, because there are so many other things I can't do yet either. Thanks very much for asking the question and getting everyone to give you the answer :D :D

Second edit - getting a bit complicated now - wouldn't put the first edit in the same post as the original one - hmm.....

When you quote my message look it, you can see how it is done. You don't need to post millions of times to try them all either, you can click 'preview'.
