I am impressed Ian, what is that down from?

I got down from 14 1/2 to 14 since summer. Don't want to lose much more, it will slow my skiing down.

Well done Wickers! I lost some weight last year along with Mr PSC although we have put some of it back on so need to go back on the diet! Enjoy your meal.

well, at least i dont have too much fat, i have 24% body fat. Which i think in some cases is in the mid range. Some people say that i be overwight or perfect. But i just need to get my stamina down and then il be perfect. As joining a club, i used to be a part of it and i left due to school and since im unemployed i say i have plent of time to foucs on it

Just back after a fantastic meal too much to drink but a great evening ......... I was 14 st 4lb in May and I now weigh in at 12 st 12lb ...... the good thing is I have managed to keep it off, so if I can
do it anybody can :shock:
