lol, well of course il be training and losing weight. But at the end of the day, i want to make sure if i can still ski at top form. I used to do a lot of skiing and i took a year out, so if i can last the two weeks and get my level one BASI, one i got a job in the ski center in dublin where two of Irelands best skiers train. So i just want to know competion structure and how to enter, thats all. Im only interested in Downhill anyway

Wickers - are you talking about your good self?
TheoBane - You need to sign up with a club and start to get some FIS competitions under your belt. You will also need lots of money as well as determination. UK comps are usually held on plastic and this wrecks your expensive race skis. Have a look at the Snowsport GB website for lots of info.
