How to book for a month?

I'm just back from a 3 week trip to Italy. My wife and I had a week in a hotel in Sauze, found a good deal at Octobers Ski show in Battersea. Followed by a week in an Airbnb in Cervinia and a week in a chalet in the Dolomites. If you want to move resorts then the car is virtually essential plus you can have a stop on the way down, we had a night in Lyon. On the way back we had a stop in Luxembourg. Anothe year we hopped between chalets in La Tania, Le Plagne and then the Dolomites. You will find great priced chalets in France especially for late bookings and they are far more reliable than an Airbnb.
