ski time!!

First day of Skiing and what a day,had great fun but the slopes really need this snow that is due god knows where they think they have a meter snow base!! at the top, but they have worked wonders with what they have got apart from the Black 82 and Red 80 into Sestriere no way should they have been open.
Managed to hit 55.5 MPH today even with a ankle which the doctors told me not to ski on for 8 weeks after my pissed up fall on ice new years eve in Cervina.

Ankle on ice ready for tomorrow and beer in hand what more could a man ask for well made the couple of cm of snow due tonight to turn into 20 or so.

well I have woken up to a very light dusting, ow well more should be on it's way. Ankle is feeling ok which is a bonus after it swelling up after yesterday

Turin has actually had more snow that. we have had in sauze d'oulx just on the bus back to the airport full report to follow

We had a light dusting of snow in Hampshire today :)
