St Gervais this Weekend

I'd love to go ski-ing with you and Salski :D :D :D

I've got ages to work out how to get there, and where to stay etc. And, hopefully, by that time I'll be a much better skier. I have been thinking about ski-ing in the Megeve area for a long time, now. One of my friends skied at Praz-sur-Arly on the Espace Diamant pass, and it did sound very nice, and it seems to be in the same part of the country.

Ally, you did a great job of working out how Little ski was going to get from Australia to Finland, Paris, Courmayeur, St.Mortiz and Geneva - so from here to St. Gervais should be a doddle! Also, as you clean apartments to a very high standard, perhaps you should come & stay with us :mrgreen:. By the way, are you a good cook? :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

If you don't want to fly, Snowcoach do holidays to St. Gervais - is that the sort of thing you're after? No idea what they're like although I wouldn't fancy all that time on a coach. For ease though, you can't beat Easy Jet to Geneva then a transfer to St.G. If Easy Jet fly from Robin Hood to Geneva next winter, then I'll be laughing - 20 mins. to the airport!

Ok, so I have narrowed down the one star monster to either Eggman, Salski (unlikely) or Ally G now.

I should be able to get there okay by train with a bus at the end. And 'yes' I'm very good at cleaning, but I'm afraid I'm pretty rubbishy at cooking - just veg stews, rice, pasta etc. But I'm sure I can find a hotel or a chalet somewhere in St Gervais.

I rather think whoever the mysterious 'one star monster' is, is probably 'lurking' when they do it, so no-one knows who it is. It is most certainly not me. As I have said on numerous occasions, I don't rate anyone. The only time I ever did it was when we were testing the system, to see if it worked on averages.
According to DaveMac, Admin knows who it is - why don't you ask him?

Last time we went a couple of "mates" turned up at Geneva airport, I popped up to pick them up, should have taken 1/34hrs round trip but got stuck in the Geneva motor show traffic took 2hrs just to get there. So no trouble to pick up Allyg )
