West System Epoxy is a marine grade epoxy used in boat building and repairs, their 650-8 G/Flex epoxy is a good choice for repairing delaminations.

Bandit, bear in mind that your bases are now very thin, so it might be a bit tricky to get a layer of Metal Grip and a layer of P-tex into the core shots. I would give the methacrylate a go. I first found out about it via this German shop http://www.rain-sport.de/rain-sportde/Belagbearbeitung/Belag-Reparaturmaterial/Belag-Reparatur-Power-Repair-Kartusche-schwarz

I'm convinced (and so are you) that my bases are so thin, that I won't get too much chance to use any repair materials.....and so justifying swapping my bindings over onto my new K2's :D

I now have some Metal Grip....for when I do damage to my Movements, Dynastar's and K2's and my OH decides to follow me

I think the Stöcklis still have a bit of life left in them. The shop said they would stand one more grind which you haven't had done yet, but as the risk of ripping an edge out increases as the base gets thinner I think it would be prudent to swap the bindings over before the start of next season. The Stöcklis don't owe you anything and having to come back down to the village in the middle of the day to get the bindings swapped would be a real PITA!

Surely it is cheaper to get a second hand pair on ebay? Is it just a sentimental thing? I used to love my C9's until I realized how badly they were suited to my skiing. Last season I picked up a good pair of wide twin tips with rental bindings for about 100 quid from a gear exchange shop in Canada. I bet you'd end up paying more to repair a de-lamination than this.

The repair bits, will also be useful for our other skis. I already had to use slow resin on my Black Roses as the top sheet was damaged (holed) by BA baggage handling (brand new and unused ski).

I LOVE my Stockli's and I'd like to keep them as rockhoppers. Stockli's keep their line like nothing else. They have a lot of history for me, and they remind me of good times past. Maybe I should hang them on the wall :D

How did they manage to do that? Not a good start to your season!

Don't put them on the wall. I always think it is a profound disrespect to skis to put them on the wall. Every time I see ski's on the wall of a ski bar, I imagine they are silently weeping in remembrance of their former glory days. I prefer the old tradition of offering burning skis to Ullr.

It is an honourable farewell to old skis.

With modern, non-wooden skis, ebay is probably better.
