Mind you in 7 weeks time I may very well be wondering what on earth I have let myself in for as I get to know all the other reprobates on the J2Ski Tignes ski tour 2013.

He he he - ..........
anything could happen !!

and probably will.

Calling them reprobates probably isn't the best way to start, however accurate the description...

Point well made Andy
I am embarrassed now..........

But in my defence I did say all the other - which at least includes me as a reprobate.

and, Andy, what do you know that maybe I should to suggest my description is accurate ????

Perhaps OldAndy is referring to the way some of us are great wibblers? I haven't used my title lately, but I am the Queen of Wibble 8)

And, thinking about it, we seem to have wibbled away from the subject of this thread, which is how many sleeps we all have left before we start our ski/snowboard holidays.

Are there any J2Skiers lurking out there who haven't declared how many sleeps they have left - and would like to either be on my list or count their own sleeps independently?

I don't usually do the sleeps till thing (did I say that before?) but am really appreciating seeing the numbers coming down :) Wish I was going on the J2ski hol, I enjoy a good wibble...
Thanks Ally G

Well that was a fantastic start to the season. Cervinia was a much better choice than Zermatt, not least because Zermatt was closed due to wind all day today!

Finally I'm enjoying my skiing, and not a single fall in 49km of skiing, at a max pace of 73kph :)

Good luck to the next out!

Love it. But it reminds me of my second week of skiing when I returned to the hotel and proudly recounted my no-falls day to be told, 'well if you haven't fallen over at least 3 times in a day, you aren't trying hard enough' :(

I reckon it was probably sour grapes.
