The skis belong to the Snow Centre Hemel...and I was very happy to hand them back, as it's a long time since I used slow short skis.

All my clothes are tatty old stuff, all serviceable ski clothing is in our store cupboard in resort. I would never dress up to ski indoor snow, it's not worth it.

Not sure where you are coming from with the purple rinse comment :?:

You should see the clobber Mr Mac was wearing when I saw him skiing :lol:

And if men of a certain age were to have coloured rinses, his would most certainly have been blue )
