Happy valentines day, this is what i got.......

I'm very partial to a bit of toblerone :lol:

My husband and I don't bother with things like Valentines cards etc. We've been married for over 27 years and we're both still here and we continue to get on really well and have a good laugh together, which I think is what really matters in the end :D

I'm with you on this Ally. I don't send flowers and the like, if i am going to do that i do it when there is a special reason in our lives rather than doing just because its the done thing on a certain day.
We do give cards though.
The toblerone was more of a joke on her part as she knows how sad i am right now, she thought the 'snow top' was a nice touch :-(

My husband and I are both really mean. If we bought flowers and cards for each other he'd be annoyed because he'd be thinking it was money wasted that could have gone on his new tractor fund and I'd be thinking the money could have gone towards my next ski holiday :lol:

I do know what he does like on Valentine's though, and fortunately it doesn't cost anything ... :wink:
